Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

- Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entity
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority,
- Power of attorney (if the signatory is not the head of the legal entity)
