-Charter (with amendments),
- Certificate of state registration of a legal entity,
- Certificate of making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities about a legal entity
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority,
- Power of attorney (if the signatory is not the head of the legal entity)
