Payment terms:Покупатель производит оплату путём перечисления денежных средств на расчётный счёт Поставщика в следующем порядке: 100% в течении 60 дней после поступления продукции на склад Покупателя. Транспортные расходы включить в стоимость Продукции.
Delivery terms:Срок поставки: 4 квартал 2012 г.
Поставщик производит доставку товара за свой счёт и своими силами до склада Покупателя. Обязательное наличие паспорта качества либо иной документ, удостоверяющий качество товара при поступлении на склад. Поставляемый товар должен быть новым, не восстановленным. При отгрузке товара обязательное уведомление Покупателя с предоставлением копий: счёт-фактур, ТОРГ-12 и документов подтверждающих отправку товаров через Перевозчика.
