Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
payment of the Contract price is made by the Customer on the basis of the agreement signed by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of the executed Works with a delay of not more than 30 calendar days (for SMSP) (and not less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days for not SMSP), from the date of signing the Act Acceptance of the completed works, provided the Contractor submitted the complete set of the following documents to the Customer:
ü signed by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of executed works (Form KS-2);
ü signed by the Parties of the Certificate on the cost of work performed (form KS-3),
