Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:1. The price of bags should be fixed in rubles until 12/31/2020.
2. The price of the product should include all possible payments related to customs, manufacturing cliches, loading containers and delivering them to the buyer's warehouse in Novotroitsk and Gornozavodsk.
3. Delivery is subject to deferred payment of each consignment of goods within 60 calendar days.
4. Estimated annual volume is determined according to the statement of work No. 2/19 in the attachment.
5. The manufacture of all cliche options is included in the price of the goods.
6. Uploading a quotation on the letterhead of the organization is required.
7. The percentage of filling bags is 75%, the number of colors on the bags is 2 (samples of the product line in the attachment).
Delivery terms:Delivery of goods to the buyer's warehouse is carried out by road with LATER unloading at the expense of the supplier.

Comments:
For suppliers who have not previously delivered containers to LLC Yuzhno-Uralskaya GPK and PJSC Gornozavodskcement, it is necessary to undergo a preliminary qualification procedure with the following conditions being mandatory:
1. To make 10 bags without applying a logo and send it at your own expense to OOO South Ural GPK for testing within the framework of the existing production.
2. Provide the following package of documents: Copy of the Charter; Extract from the register (no later than 30 days); Copy of state certificate. Registration Copy of registration; A copy of the order and the decision on the appointment of the head to the post; A copy of the document confirming the right to sign contracts; Copy of license; A copy of the balance sheet for the reporting period of form No. 1 with a tax inspection mark; Copy of documents confirming the location of the organization; Information on the status of settlements on taxes and fees (form 39-1) for the current date.
We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449, Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on Organizer, and Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
