Comments: The commercial offer (hereinafter referred to as KP) must be issued on the official form with the head's stamp and signature and attached to the boot documentation.
In the KP, you must specify:
1) The cost of TMC VAT, including shipping to the Buyer's warehouse, subject to packaging. The cost must be final, firm, include all extra costs (packaging, labeling, etc.).
2) Delivery time to Buyer's warehouse.
3) Products must be new, non-used, not restored, not an exhibition pattern free of third party rights.
4) CP expiration date.
5) - Participants who do not attach the Commercial Offer on the Enterprise Form shall not be accepted
