Payment terms:
1. Receiving bag-type bags BIG-BEG (waste of polypropylene film and products from it uncontaminated), second-hand helmets (hereinafter referred to as Waste) for the purpose of their processing for recycling.
Ownership of the waste is acquired by the Buyer after the transfer of Waste and the signing of acceptance documents.
11. Payment for delivered Wastes in accordance with their weight (tn) according to the Buyer's price list.
Price per kilogram of waste, taking into account the coefficient of litteriness
1. JSC "EPM-NovEZ" for the waste transferred to the Buyer invoices, consignment note.
2. Payment for the transferred Waste shall be made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Supplier’s account within 5 (five) banking days after receipt of financial documents.
The result of the work is the acceptance certificate (Waste Disposal Act),

Location and terms of delivery:
Transfer of Big-Bag type bags of 8-10 tons, second-hand helmets: up to 1000 pcs. (0.25 tons).
A smaller delivery volume is possible - as waste is generated.

10. Confirmation of membership of SRO (self-regulatory organization).
Documents are requested to verify the counterparty with a view to participating further in the auction on the b2b-center trading platform and holding a meeting of the Competition Commission on the selection of a supplier / contractor / performer.

Directing the offer (offer) of the Contractor / Contractor guarantees that he is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Customer, the Contractor shall provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
If there is no tax reporting or does not allow you to verify the Contractor’s / Contractor’s good faith with a reasonable degree of confidence, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming that the Contractor / Contractor can perform the work for himself / herself, including but not limited to: an extract from the staff list with attachment of copies of employment contracts of persons engaged to perform work, information on ownership or leasehold rights: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
In case of failure to provide these documents, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
