Comments:
Special requirements for packaging, transportation - the length of the metal is not less than 11.7 m, in the case of metal cutting, trimmings are left with the supplier and are not subject to accounting.
Participants who have not attached a commercial proposal are not accepted for consideration.
Commercial proposals are accepted for consideration, drawn up on the letterhead of the organization, signed and stamped.
Upload commercial proposal for the competition in two formats: 1. PDF with seal and contacts of the artist. 2. Excel or Word.
2. Required terms of payment: 100% post-payment within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of goods and materials.
Offers postpaid less than 60 calendar days will not be considered.
3. A prerequisite for all tenderers is acceptance of our corporate requirements in terms of the form of the contract, in particular these are payment terms and penalties.
FOR NEW SUPPLIERS attach a letter of agreement with our corporate requirements in the form of the contract.
4. Attach a certificate of conformity, quality certificate.

5. Priority for transportation and logistics through the commercial port of Nakhodka, data is attached to interact with the logistics company. The participant company has the right to independently choose logistics companies for prompt delivery to Pavlik JSC.

This RFP does not constitute the bidding or public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All the actions before signing the contract with the winner shall be considered as a pre-contractual work and shall not impose on the bidding organizer any obligations exceeding those stated in the tender conditions.
