Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension

Participants are allowed to participate in the bidding on the lot if they have a warehouse within the region specified in the name of lot.
If there is no offer on the lot, the CA cost does not fill.

If the CA has a shipping warehouse in several regions and the cost is different, the CA fills in for each region the table "typical object for calculating the cost of the façade without pattern" or "typical object for calculating the cost of the façade with drawing Pattern ".
