5. Information about the initial (maximum) price of the contract (lot price):
The initial (maximum) price of the lot is rubles, including VAT and transportation costs for the delivery of the MTR.
- Advance payment in the amount of 50% of the cost of products per delivery batch;
- The remaining 50% within 10 calendar days from the date of the actual delivery of the batch of products to the warehouse of the consignee after providing the originals (S/F, TORG12, TTn, UPD).
- The batch is considered (the number of sets) in agreement with the customer.
6. The procedure for forming the contract price (lot price) (with or without taking into account the costs of transportation, insurance, payment of customs duties, taxes and other mandatory payments):
Taking into account the transport costs for the delivery of the MTR.
7. The requirements established by the customer for the quality, technical characteristics of the goods, work, services, their safety, functional characteristics (consumer properties) of the goods, the size, packaging, shipment of the goods, the results of work and other requirements related to determining the conformity of the supplied goods, work performed, services provided to the needs of the customer;
8. Requirements for procurement participants:
8.1 Absence of unscrupulous suppliers in the register. Absence of arrears in taxes and fees for the reporting period.
8.2 Absence of liquidation, bankruptcy, suspension of activity.
8.3 The requirement for the implementation of operational control on time for the production of works:
- admission to the production of representatives of the customer;
- provision of technological maps;
- provision of journals by types of work (general journal of works, journal of suggestions and comments, welding journal, journal of preparation for anti-corrosion work, journal of anti-corrosion work);
- providing a work schedule;
- provision of passports, certificates for materials.
- instrumentation equipment (roughness template, adhesive gauge with verification for measuring the adhesion of the paintwork, thickness gauge with verification for measuring the thickness of the paintwork).
8.4 For the inspection of works:
- preparation and execution of sandblasting operations;
- preparation and execution of dedusting works;
- preparation and execution of degreasing works;
