Comments: 1) KP is accepted simultaneously in two forms on the letterhead and in the form enclosed in the procurement documentation in EXCEL format! All items of the form are mandatory!
2) The proposed products shall comply with the original requirements attached to the documentation;
3) Must be attached: license for the manufacture of steel structures, certificates of conformity in the ISO Quality Management System, certificate of NACS, passports, technical description, project drawing; documents confirming quality;
4) Contract awarding criteria: delivery time, price, payment conditions, previous experience of work with the supplier;
5) Before shipment it is necessary to fill in the packing list (see example of filling in the procurement documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of documents to the Customer by e-mail mail.
6) When archiving documentation, please use only ZIP format.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
