. The export of scrap metal is made by the buyer's own transport from bases.
2. Loading can be carried out both by the supplier's forces and by the buyer's forces (for the purpose of operative shipment) with obligatory observance of the requirements of the Pbio:
BOP and HSE Documents
- Certificate of PTM
- OPP Certificate
- Certificate on the From
- Certificate of speciality (Stropaler)
- Electrical Safety Certificate 2nd group (at the request of the owner of the Territory)
- Passage of briefings in the volume (introductory) of the customer and the owner of the territory.
- Order of departure Persons to conduct the PI (should be trained on PB A1 and PS B 9.31), as well as have a certificate of HSE.
- Letter for admission to the territory of employees
- ACT-Admission (the owner of the Territory)
- Serviceable GSN with registration in the journal.
- Medical report of the employee.
3. Scrap metal is weighed on the supplier's scales or on the buyer's scales with the participation of the supplier's representative.
4. If it is necessary to cut scrap metal, the work is carried out by buyer in compliance with the requirements of Pbith:
BOP and HSE Documents
- Certificate of PTM (with liner).
- Certificate of the Opp.
- Certificate of the From.
- Certificate of specialty (gas cutter or electric welder)
- Electrical Safety Certificate 2nd group.
- Order of departure Persons for carrying out of firing works and PI (should be trained on PB а1 and PS B 9.31), and also on from, Ptm.
- Passage of briefings in the volume (introductory) of the customer and the owner of the territory.
- Letter for admission to the territory of employees.
- ACT-Admission (the owner of the territory).
- Outfit Clearance.
- Equipment verified, serviceable condition (registration in Journals + The act of testing for gas-carrying sleeves).
- Medical report of the employee.
5. The buyer shall, if necessary, provide an act of disposal of the vehicle of the established sample.
6. The buyer is obliged to export 100% of the scrap volume according to the terms and specifications. In case of absence from the winner of a lot of information on actuality of the offered offer (absence of the refusal letter, absence of communication by mail or by phone), and also, if the winner of a lot refuses acceptance of scrap during the period of validity of the concluded Specifications and does not comply with the terms of the tender, then in the next three months the Competition Commission does not consider its proposals.
