1. Price for 1 t. Scrap metal must be valid for a period of 90 calendar days.
2. - the ownership or lease of the company licensed sites for storage and processing of scrap metal in the regions of scrap storage;
- the presence of attorney truck scales at the sites for storage and processing of scrap metal with automatic weighing, automatic video and photo recording of the weight of the scrap sold;
- the availability or ownership of specialized loading equipment, vehicles equipped with the Glonass navigation control system and certified personnel;
- the company has positive experience working with enterprises in the field of purchasing scrap metal from them, its dismantling, loading, and exporting;
- the presence of an accredited radiation monitoring laboratory;
- presence of input control for explosion hazard.
3. The participant provides supporting documents at the same time as the offer.
