- the presence at the sites for the storage and processing of scrap metal of verified automobile scales with automatic weighing, automatic video-photo fixation of the weight of the sold scrap;
- the presence or rental of specialized loading equipment, vehicles equipped with a navigation control system "Glonass" and certified personnel;
- the company has positive experience of working with enterprises in the field of buying scrap metal from them, dismantling it, loading it, and exporting it;
- availability of an accredited radiation monitoring laboratory;
- availability of input control for explosion hazard.
3. the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer.
