If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer in the order of 100% prepayment 5 days before the expected transfer of the Goods in the agreed amount.
Location and terms of delivery:According to the terms of reference.
1. The Goods are shipped as they accumulate.
2. The Buyer, in the presence of the Seller's representative, is obliged to cause irreparable damage to the equipment sold as scrap metal, preventing its further use.
3. Cutting and sorting of scrap metal shall be performed by the Buyer.
4. Registration of TORG-12 consignment notes and invoices is carried out upon weighing the scrap metal.
5. The obligations of the Seller for the release and shipment of the Goods are considered fulfilled from the moment the invoice is signed by the representatives of the Buyer and the Seller.
6. It is necessary to have a buyer's base with electronic scales, which have not expired date of periodic verification, on the territory of Usinsk. . The weighing of scrap metal shall be carried out by the forces and means of the Buyer in the presence of the Seller's representative.
7. It is necessary to have a license with the right to carry out activities for the procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap in the territory of the Komi Republic.

In case of participation in the auction and refusal to sign the agreement, the participant is included in the list of unreliable counterparties and participation in the auction of Gazprom Burenie will be impossible
