4. Extract from the UNIFIED STATE REGISTER.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the powers of the representative to sign the documents:
-Decision (Protocol).
-Power of attorney.
7. Proposal for execution of works (see the file ' Proposal to deliver the goods ")
