Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment is made by the Buyer subject to receipt of a proper payment bill from the Supplier. Purchaser shall pay 100%, of the cost of the Goods is paid by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer and the Parties signing the Transfer Act Goods or other document confirming the receipt of the Item
Delivery terms:Delivery is done by the Supplier and the product must be new, not used.

Please note that this request is not a notification of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.

The winner of the Lot is required to familiarize and send to the initiator the signed Model Agreement of TPRK, which is attached to the mailing documents, within 3 calendar days.

The procurement participant must attach a commercial offer with the signature of the person responsible and on the letterhead. A quality passport and a certificate of conformity for the goods. Official Dealer Agreement. The price offer filed through the ETP functionality must match the price in the commercial offering.
When applying for the request for proposals, you must attach a signed copy of the questionnaire and the incorporation documents (the list is supported by documentation)
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Внимание::1. Формат направляемого коммерческого предложения должен соответствовать приложенному формату.
2. Стоимость должна быть рассчитана до указанных базисов в форме КП.
3. Необходимо направить два КП - одно подписанное уполномоченным представителем, второе в формате Excel.
4. Участники запроса, которые не подкрепят документацию согласно перечня прикрепленному к документации, Ваши предложения не будут рассматриваться.
5. Срок действия ТКП не менее одного месяца.
