Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. Main offer - Payment is made not earlier than 45 calendar days upon delivery of products, including VAT;

2. Alternative offer - Payment is made in 100% when placing an order, including VAT.

Comments:
The period of validity of the TCH (price) must be valid for at least 45 calendar days.

The cost of delivery of the goods should be indicated on a separate line.

The price should be kept on condition that some of the positions are selected

Inventories must be certified.
1. Before opening the envelopes, you MUST attach to your offers in electronic form a scanned copy of your commercial offer signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
2. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
3. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).


Note: this request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
PJSC "AK VNZM" reserves the right not to inform the participants of the procedure about its results, except for the winner, to cancel the request or its results, and also to exclude any of the participants in the request without giving a reason. Submission of a technical and commercial proposal implies acceptance of the terms of the request.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
