Payment terms:
Postponement of 60 days from the date of delivery and provision of the originals of accounting documents (s / f, bargaining12).

Delivery details: N.Novgorod, Shuvalovsky passage, 2. Delivery time: until 09/05/19 (from availability).
All shipping costs, packaging and other costs shall be included into the products cost.
The supplied products shall be new.
Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the organization’s seal, to their proposals in electronic form -participant of this procedure (form attached). In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides the supporting documents at the same time as the offer).
4. The cost of production should be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
