Comments:
A mandatory requirement for admission to participate in the procurement procedure is the provision of:
1. The applicant's application form and documents, according to the attached list, simultaneously with the submission of the commercial proposal.
2. Commercial proposals in electronic form must be confirmed by the Bidders of the procedure on the company's letterhead, signed by an authorized person and stamped by the Bidder organization of this procedure.
Bidders are given the opportunity to submit two types of proposals based on the delivery basis (the main bid and the alternative bid) by the Competitive bidding process.
The prices and terms of delivery in commercial offers must correspond to the offers submitted to the E-Marketplace.
In the commercial offer, it is necessary to indicate agreement with the wording of the Buyer's contract, or specify the wording by agreement of the Parties at the requery stage.
Acceptance of documents is carried out within 24 hours from the moment of completion of the competitive bidding process.
In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of these requirements, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the Bidder provides supporting documents at the same time as the commercial offer).
TO THE ATTENTION of metal traders, small and medium-sized enterprises: the organizer of the Bidding procedure is ready to consider proposals for the supply of available on the bases of production volumes. Based on this, we ask the Technical and Commercial Proposal to indicate the possible scope of delivery.
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. Note! This request for proposals is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
