We draw attention to the fact that this notice is not a notice of holding a contest or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse the received proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
