Comments: 1. Delivery time is up to 23.07.2021.
2. All prices in the offer must include the cost of shipping to the Buyer's warehouse.
3. Loading a commercial offer is MANDATORY, price changes are not allowed after the filing ends.
4. Please pay particular attention to the fact that the TMC's supplied must be produced only by the Russian Federation no earlier than 2020, not used. Required delivery requirement is the availability of certificates confirming the quality and origin of the goods.
5. The contract is made by EVRAZ Metal Inprom.
6. When signing a contract, you must provide the following document package. The package of documents must be provided in full.
- Enterprise card;
- The Charter and its amendments;
- Copy of the State Registration Certificate (OGRN);
- A copy of the tax certificate;
- Copy of the certificate of entry to the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs (for sole proprietors counterparties);
- Actual Extract from EGRUL/EGRIP in the last 3 months;
- Permissive documents - certificates, licenses and permits (subject to availability);
- Documents confirming the authority of the contract signed by the counterparty;
- Tax Performance Certificate — KND code 1120101. The date of issuance of the certificate is not more than 1 month;
- Number information - KND code 1110018 for the last 3 calendar years
- certified by the organization's seal (if available) and the signature of the organization's manager, copies of documents confirming the location: Lease and/or certificate of ownership (warehouse+office);
- Accounting statements for the last 3 calendar years with tax authority acceptance marks:
* OCUD Form 0710001 — Balance sheet;
* OCUD Form 0710002 — Report of Financial Results;
- Financial (Management) Statements at the latest reporting date (quarter), signed by the head of the organization, printed (if available):
* OCUD Form 0710001 — Balance sheet;
* OCUD Form 0710002 — Report of Financial Results;
- certified by the organization's stamp (if available) and the signature of the head of the organization, a copy of the VAT Declaration for the last reporting period, with tax authority acceptance marks.
Documents must be provided in pdf format within 3 business days from the end of your application.
7. Please note that this request is not a notification of the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057-1061 ts.2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
