Payment terms:Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the Total cost of the corresponding batch of Goods within a period not later than 20 (twenty) working days from the date of delivery of the corresponding batch of Goods (from the date of signing the consignment note without comments), and submission of an invoice
Delivery terms:By delivery to the buyer's warehouse, according to the specified details. The delivery date corresponding to the consignment of goods is the date when the Supplier transfers the entire consignment to the Buyer at the Buyer's warehouse.

The commercial proposal must be issued on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the manager and attached to the loading documentation
The commercial proposal must indicate:
1) The cost of goods and materials with VAT, including delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, including packaging (Packaging should only be in accordance with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96). The total amount must be reflected in the commercial proposal. The cost should be final, firm, include all additional. costs (packaging, labeling, etc.).
The cost of goods and materials in the supplier's warehouse.
The cost of delivery of goods to the Buyer's warehouse by the Supplier
2) Attitude towards products - a free seller, dealer, representative, manufacturer, etc. You must upload a document confirming the status of a dealer, representative.
Indicate the manufacturer, country of origin of the goods.
3) Delivery time to the buyer's warehouse.
4) Transportation method.
5) Transportation conditions:
- specialist. transportation requirements, if applicable;
- storage conditions of goods: open / closed warehouse, heated / unheated,
- temperature range at which the product retains its properties and for how long
6) Product warranty. It is necessary to indicate the warranty period for the goods, as well as the date from which the warranty begins (from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, shipment from the supplier's warehouse, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, commissioning).
7) Term of replacement of goods under warranty.
8) After-sales service (indicate where applicable to the product. Do you provide service, training, advice on various issues related to the delivered goods. Indicate the company that provides services for the supplied goods)
9) Experience with the supply of this product on the market (attach a reference list)
10) Approximate volume and weight (total volume).
11) Consent to the contract.
12) Availability of stock in warehouses.
13) The products must be new, not used, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of issuing the TCH;
13) The commercial proposal must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality
14) Before shipment, you must provide a photo card of the packaging of the goods, a photo of the labeling of the goods (requirements for labeling in the uploaded documentation)
This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
15) The commercial proposal must indicate the validity period of the offer
