Comments:
IT IS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE FORM OF THE COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL (ANNEXED IN THE DOCUMENTATION). IN THE CASE IF A REPLACEMENT IS OFFERED, IT IS NECESSARY TO SPECIFY THE FULL NAME IN THE COLUMN NEARBY WITH GOST.
PACKING REQUIREMENTS:
1) GALVANIZED SHEETS - MANDATORY DEEP LATTICE.
2) PROFILIST, PROFESSIONAL - MANDATORY DEEP CUT.
MANDATORY AVAILABILITY OF THE PACKING SHEET AT EACH CARGO PLACE. CARGO FOR DIFFERENT FINAL RECIPIENTS. PACKAGING OF CARGO PLACES ACCORDING TO ACCOUNTS. Goods and materials for different recipients it is FORBIDDEN to BE PACKED IN ONE CARGO PLACE (i.e. BINDING OR LATTICE). In addition to the KP form, it is necessary to draw up a proposal on the official form with the seal and signature of the head and attach to the boot documentation.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
- The products cost shall include VAT and delivery to the Buyer's warehouse
- payment terms;
- attitude to products (free seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc.), attach a dealer certificate;
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- agreement with the contract;
- validity period of the commercial proposal. Products shall be new, unused;
- shipping warehouse address;
- TR cost in rubles;
- type of packaging, dimensions;
Certificates of conformity, other documents confirming the quality of products, dealer certificates must be attached to the commercial proposal;
Criteria for choosing the best offer: agreement with the contract of our form, quality, cost, delivery time, payment terms, work experience;
This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
