MANDATORY AVAILABILITY OF THE PACKING SHEET AT EACH CARGO PLACE. CARGO FOR DIFFERENT FINAL RECIPIENTS. PACKAGING OF CARGO PLACES ACCORDING TO ACCOUNTS. Goods and materials for different recipients it is FORBIDDEN to BE PACKED IN ONE CARGO PLACE (i.e. BINDING OR LATTICE). Commercial proposal shall specify:

- agreement with the contract;
- validity period of the commercial proposal. Products shall be new, unused;

Certificates of conformity, other documents confirming the quality of products, dealer certificates must be attached to the commercial proposal;
Criteria for choosing the best offer: agreement with the contract of our form, quality, cost, delivery time, payment terms, work experience;
This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
