Payment terms:

Delivery terms:

If possible delivery of Goods under the terms of DDP (Buyer's Warehouse/Port Magadan), the offer should be issued as an alternative KP to the declared procedure. Shipping Costs must be specified in the KP as a separate line.
Criteria for determining the Winner:
1. Conformity of the offered products to the terms of technical specification, Customer's approval.

4. Participant's Attitude to production (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
