All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the product price.
The products must be new.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Application Form and the documents according to the application form simultaneously with the submission of the offer and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer ( indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified with the seal of the organization participating in this procedure (the form is attached). In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or a distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
