Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Upon receipt of the product within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery and the provision of the original invoices, waybills, waybills, railway receipts and product certificates.
Delivery terms:The cost of delivery to the buyer's warehouse in Perm is included in the cost of production. Delivery time of products is until 06/19/2020.
Products should be new, only domestic production. Upon shipment, product certificates are required. During shipment, the availability of passing cargo is not allowed. Sheet cutting is paid separately (but not more than 1500 rubles with VAT for the entire volume)

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the proposal and a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. Certificates, quality certificates are required upon shipment


Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
