Comments: This price request procedure is not tenderable and it is not regulated by articles 447-449 of part one of the Russian Civil Code. This price request procedure is also not publicly traded and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of part two of the Russian Civil Code. Therefore, this price request procedure does not impose an obligation on the Customer to enter into a contract with the winner of the price request. If necessary, the Customer intends to exercise the right to carry out the "Retrade".

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
