This Price Request procedure is not a bargaining order and it is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the first part of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code. This procedure of Price request is also not public trading and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of the second part of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code. Thus, this RFQ procedure does not impose on the Customer the commitment to make a contract with the RFQ winner. If necessary, the Customer intends to use the right to carry out the "regrind".
