This price request procedure is not a bidding, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFQ procedure does not impose on the Customer the commitment to make a contract with the RFQ winner. If necessary, the Customer intends to use the right to conduct a "Rebidding".
