Comments: This request for quotations procedure is not an auction, and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This request for quotations procedure is also not a public auction and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061 of Part II of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFQ procedure does not impose on the Customer the commitment to make a contract with the RFQ winner. If necessary, the Customer intends to exercise the right to carry out the "rebidding".
