Payment terms:The cost of the Products includes delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer by transferring funds by payment order to the Supplier’s account upon the fact that the Supplier has fulfilled its obligations within 45 (Forty five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products and the full set of documents from the Supplier: UPD, invoice, invoice, waybill, copies of quality certificates or technical passports. In this case, the application of the conditions of Article 317.1 is excluded. Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
