The application for participation is an offer of a potential participant of the request for proposals. At the same time, the organizer of the request for proposals does not have the obligation to conclude a contract based on its results.

- Предоставление сертификатов качества/паспорта на изделие производителя, заверенный печатью, в читаемом виде (четкий);
- УЗК 1;
- Заказ выполняется в рамках 275-ФЗ, с казначейским сопровождением согласно Постановлению Правительства РФ №1552 от 30.12.2016 г.;
- Предоставление коммерческого предложения со сроком действия не менее 30 календарных дней.
