Comments:
IT IS NECESSARY TO FILL OUT THE COMMERCIAL OFFER FORM (ATTACHED IN THE DOCUMENTATION). IN CASE THE REPLACEMENT IS PROPOSED, BE SURE TO SPECIFY THE FULL NAME IN THE COLUMN NEXT TO THE GUEST.
PACKING REQUIREMENTS:
1) GALVANIZED SHEETS — MANDATORY DEEP CUT.
2) PROFESSIONAL SHEET, PROFESSIONAL DECKING — OBLIGATORY DEEP CUT.
MANDATORY AVAILABILITY OF A PACKING SHEET AT EACH CARGO PLACE. CARGO FOR DIFFERENT END RECIPIENTS. BUNDLING OF CARGO PLACES ACCORDING TO THE ACCOUNTS. FOR DIFFERENT RECIPIENTS, IT IS FORBIDDEN TO COMPLETE IN ONE CARGO PLACE (IE BUNDLE OR BUNDLE). In addition to the KP form, it is necessary to make an offer on the official form with the seal and signature of the head and attach to the loading documentation.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
- The products cost shall include VAT and delivery to the Buyer's warehouse
- payment terms;
- attitude to the products (free seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc.), attach the dealer certificate;
- time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- agreement with the treaty;
- term of validity of CP. Products shall be new, unused;
- address of the shipment warehouse;
- the cost of TR in rubles;
- type of packaging, dimensions;
Certificates of conformity, other documents confirming the quality of products, dealer certificates should be attached to the CP;
Criteria for choosing the best offer: agreement to the contract of our form, quality, cost, delivery time, terms of payment, work experience;
This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
