Payment terms:
1. 100% payment within 10 banking days upon shipment to the buyer.
2.100% payment upon products receipt at the warehouse of TD Polymetal", within 30 calendar days.
Delivery terms:
1. Prices should be indicated on EXW (Pickup from the supplier’s warehouse). Transportation costs are not included in the cost of production. The cost of products to provide packaging and, if necessary, crate cargo.
2. Specify the period of readiness of products for shipment and the address of shipment.
3. Identify the manufacturer of the product. Specify the relationship to the product. If the dealer, representative or distributor, attach proof of status.
4. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the Goods and its quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).
5. Products must be new, not used. Products must comply with the attached technical specifications;
6. Specify the warranty period for the product. It should be calculated from the moment the TMC is commissioned.
7. Specify the dimensions of each unit of the Goods and the total for the lot (mass, volume).
8. When shipped, each package must be attached packing list in the form established by the Buyer. Before sending, you must send a photo of each package.
9. When making an application for participation in the procedure, fill in additional fields of the offer (5 pcs.). Fields should be filled in informatively, without comments - "in KP".
Optional (optional):
If it is possible to deliver the Goods on the terms of DDP (Buyer's warehouse / Magadan port), the proposal must be formalized as an alternative control to the announced procedure. Delivery costs should be indicated in the KP as a separate line.
Criteria for determining the winner:
1. Compliance of the proposed products with the terms of reference of the specification, coordination of the Customer.
2. The lowest total transaction value, taking into account the transport component to the buyer's warehouse in the city of Magadan.
3. The term of readiness of the goods for shipment.
4. The attitude of the participant to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Providing a full package of documents specified in the conditions of the procedure.
