Payment terms:The cost of the Products does not include delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer by transferring funds by payment order to the Supplier’s bank account upon the fact that the Supplier has fulfilled its obligations within 45 (Forty five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products and the full set of documents from the Supplier: UPD, invoice, invoice, waybill, copies of quality certificates or technical passports. In this case, the application of the conditions of Article 317.1 is excluded. Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the customer the corresponding amount of civil law obligations. The requirements for participants in the procedure can be found in the corresponding file. By participating in this procedure for requesting proposals, if the participant’s proposal is recognized as the best, the participant confirms the agreement to sign the contract in the form of the customer. The draft agreement can be found in the corresponding file.
