A prerequisite for participation is the preliminary approval of the standard form of the contract of KAO "Nitrogen".
To conclude an agreement, the winner will need a package of statutory documents, as well as MANDATORY:
- Report on financial results for the reporting period preceding the date of the transaction and financial statements (form No. 1)
- Certificate of fulfillment by the counterparty of the obligation to pay taxes, fees, penalties, fines in the form established by the Federal Tax Service of Russia (KND code 1120101), as of the date preceding the date of the transaction, but no earlier than 30 days before the transaction (during verification counterparty’s tax integrity at the stage of execution of the contract, a copy of the indicated certificate is requested, as of the 25th day of the month following each quarter in which the counterparty executed the contract). |
