- It is proposed for sale round metal rolled, unclaimed in its own production. The diameter of the circle is indicated in the procedure description. Round metal products are ready for self-export.
- This trading procedure is not bidding, and the conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 — 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, nor is it a public contest and is not regulated by Articles 1057 — 1061 Civil Code of the Russian Federation, which does not impose on PJSC "CHTPZ" the appropriate amount of civil legal obligations for the obligatory conclusion of a contract with the winner or other participant.
