- Round rolled metal products that are not in demand in our own production are offered for sale. The circle diameter is indicated in the procedure description. Round rolled metal products are ready for pickup.
- This trading procedure is not an auction, and the conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, it is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057 - 1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, which does not impose on PJSC "ChTPZ" the corresponding volume of civil obligations on the mandatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner or another participant.
- The trading procedure is carried out to determine the buyer in order to conclude a long-term or one-time cooperation.
