Comments:
- It is proposed to sell round metal, unclaimed in its own production. The average circle length and diameter are indicated in the procedure description. Round metal rolling is ready for pickup.
- This trading procedure is not a bidding, and the conduct is not governed by Articles 447–449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, it is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057–1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, which does not impose an appropriate amount of civil law obligations on PJSC ChTPZ by obligatory conclusion of an agreement with the winner or another participant thereof.
- The trading procedure is conducted to determine the buyer in order to enter into long-term or one-time cooperation.
