1.1. Устав (со всеми дополнениями и изменениями, если они были).
1.2. Свидетельство о государственной регистрации.
1.3. Свидетельство о постановке на налоговый учет.
1.4. Выписка из ЕГРЮЛ.
1.5. Бухгалтерский баланс по состоянию на последнюю отчетную дату с отметкой налогового органа о принятии.
1.6. Документы, подтверждающие полномочия представителя на подписание документов:
— Решение (Протокол).
— Доверенность.
