Comments:
The request for proposals is not a type of bidding and does not fall under the regulation of Articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The notification is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the organizer of the request for proposals.
The application for participation is an offer of a potential participant of the request for proposals. At the same time, the organizer of the request for proposals has no obligation to conclude a contract based on its results.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Перечень обязательных требований::- Страна производства – РФ;
- Заказ выполняется в рамках 275-ФЗ, металлопрокат поставляется в рамках исполнения государственного контракта (с открытием отдельного расчетного счета)
Правительства РФ №1552 от 30.12.2016 г.;
- Развернутый химический состав металлопроката в сертификате о качестве, четко читаемые печати изготовителя и ОТК;
- Изготовлен металлопрокат не ранее 2021 года;
- Рассматриваем минимальную монтажную норму к закупке у завода изготовителя или кратно пачке.;
- Предоставление коммерческого предложения (на металл, предложенный из наличия, предоставить сертификат) со сроком действия не менее 30 календарных дней.
