 Заказ выполняется в рамках 275-ФЗ, с казначейским сопровождением согласно Постановлению Правительства РФ №1552 от 30.12.2016 г.
 В сертификате качества на продукцию должен быть указан фактический химический состав металла труб;
 Предоставление сертификатов качества/соответствия продукции в строгом соответствии с указанной номенклатурой;
 Предоставление коммерческого предложения со сроком действия не менее 30 календарных дней.
