Payment terms:Deferment 60 days from the date of delivery and submission of original accounting documents (s/f, barg12).
Delivery terms:Delivery requisites: g. N.Novgorod, Shuvalovsky passage,2. Delivery time: 2-3 days from the date of signing of the contract of delivery and specification (out of availability).
All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the product price.
The products should be new. Note: 1. For all the declared material to provide quality documents (certificates, passports, certificates, packaging lists, etc.).
6. GOST 32569-2013 clause 7.1.2 "Pipes must be made of steels with technological weldability,
elongation of the metal at a break on fivefold samples not less than 16% and impact strength not lower than KCU=30 J/cm2, KCV=20 J/cm2
at the minimum design temperature of the wall of the pipeline element.
7. The certificate (passport) for the material must contain data: Gv; Gt; G5; impact strength (CSV, KSU); deployed chim. composition or information about the semi-finished product.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's questionnaire and documents according to the list at the same time as the submission of the offer and file in the form of a scanned copy of its offer (indicating the timing of delivery) signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure (form attached). In case of failure or improper performance by the participant of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier offer is not less than 30 days.
3. The supplier of products must be the manufacturer, either the official dealer of the manufacturer or the distributor (confirming documents the participant provides simultaneously with commercial proposition).
4. It is necessary to have unconditional consent of suppliers in signing the supply agreement in our edition
5. The cost of products must be unchanged for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of the competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
