Payment terms:Postponement 60 days from delivery and delivery of original credentials (c/f, log12).

All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the cost of the products.
The products should be new. Note: 1. For all claimed material, provide quality documents (certificates, passports, certificates, packing sheets, etc.).
6. GOST 32569-2013 P.7.1.2 "Pipes shall be made of steels with technological weldability,
relative metal elongation at least 16% break at five times and impact viscosity not lower than KCU=30 J/cm2, KCV=20 J/cm2
at the minimum design temperature of the pipe element wall.
7. The material certificate (passport) must contain data: Gv; Gt; G5; impact viscosity (CSV, KSU); deployed hem composition or semi-finished information.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure through the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their offers electronically, participants in this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list at the time the envelopes are opened at the same time as the offer is submitted and file in the form of a scanned copy of its business offer (indicating delivery time) signed by the authorized person and certified with the seal of the party organization (form attached). If a participant fails or improperly fulfillment of this requirement, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's offer.
The vendor offer expires at least 30 days.
3. The product supplier must be the manufacturer, either the official dealer of the manufacturer or the distributor (the supporting documents the member provides at the same time as by commercial offer).
4. We need unconditional agreement of suppliers to sign the supply contract
5. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice about the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
