Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. 100% (one hundred percent) of the total value of the respective consignment of goods within a period not later than 20 (twenty) working days from the date of shipment of the respective batch of Goods in the Supplier's warehouse
Delivery terms:1. The cost of products provide for packaging and, if necessary, the crate of the cargo.
2. Specify the period of readiness of the products for shipment.
3. Specify the product manufacturer. Specify product relation. If the dealer, representative or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.
4. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the Goods and its quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).
5. Products should be new, not used.
6. Specify warranty terms on the Product. It should be calculated from the moment the TMC was put into operation.
7. Specify the dimensions of each unit of the Goods and total by lot (mass, volume).
8. At shipment, a packing list must be attached to each cargo place according to the form established by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo area.
9. When forming an application for participation in the procedure, fill in the additional fields of the offer (15 pcs.). Fields must be filled in informatively, without comments - "in KP"

3. The supplier must upload statutory documents when submitting an offer on the site for the possibility of our verification of its trust/financial stability.

We draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a notice on the holding of a contest (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
