Payment is made by transferring funds to the Supplier’s bank account, no later than 63 days from the date of delivery of the ITC to the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
The supply of material assets will occur in stages, according to the need of the buyer. Specification No. 1 fixes the cost per ton of production, but not per volume. The cost of delivery to the buyer's warehouse in Volgograd is included in the cost of production. Delivery time 5-10 calendar days of signing the Specifications 1/1, 1/2, 1/3, etc. according to the required volume for each specific delivery.

Comments: Bidding for the right to enter into a metal supply contract according to the procurement items. Bidding is conducted to determine the Supplier with a minimum fixed price, including a deferred payment of 63 calendar days and delivery to the Buyer's warehouse in Volgograd, from SEPTEMBER to NOVEMBER 2019 inclusive. The selection of materials will occur in volumes from one unit according to production need, the average volume of a single purchase of 0.5-3 tons, 2-5 times a month. DELIVERY INCLUDED IN THE COST OF PRODUCTS. DELAY OF PAYMENT 63 CALENDAR DAYS. The list of materials reflected in the lot is for guidance only and serves to fix prices per ton of products, but is not required for a complete selection of materials for this procurement procedure. Specification No. 1 fixing the cost of one ton of products, but not per volume, will be signed with the Supplier who has submitted the best offer. Proposals for used metal products are NOT CONSIDERED! ONLY RUSSIAN PRODUCTION!
The organizer of the tender reserves the right not to consider offers with conditions that do not meet the conditions of the procurement procedure.
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents, according to the list, simultaneously with submitting the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure, to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. It is MANDATORY to provide certificates and quality certificates, technical documentation.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
