Delivery terms:Delivery to the customer at the expense of the supplier in the event that the supplier is more than 100 km from Bugulma. Phased procurement during 2020 according to applications sent by the customer to the supplier.

Set of documents required for the conclusion of the contract:
1. Legal entities
- Certificate of tax registration (TIN);
- Certificate of state registration of legal entity;
- Profit and loss statement for the last tax period, VAT and income tax declaration with a tax mark for the last reporting period;
- Balance sheet;
- Information on the average number of employees in the form of KND 1110018;
- Charter (in full);
- If the activity is licensed, then licenses with applications;
- Decision on the appointment of a manager;
- Extract from the register;
- Confirmation of authority of the signer of the contract.
- Documents confirming ownership of the vehicle, in the case of a rental vehicle provide a lease.

- Certificate of tax registration (TIN);
- Certificate of state registration of legal entity;
- Profit and loss statement for the last tax period;
- Extract from the USRIP;
- Documents confirming ownership of the vehicle, in the case of a rental vehicle provide a lease.
