Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
25% advance payment within 10 business upon contract conclusion with the selected Supplier, 75% within 10 business days upon delivery of the products to the specified warehouse, delivery to the specified warehouse must be included in the cost of products, delivery cost should be indicated separately.
Comments: Product requirements:
1) Commercial Technical Proposal shall specify the product manufacturer;
2) The supplied products shall be new, unused, manufactured not earlier than 6 months from the date of Technical and Commercial Proposal;
3) Be sure to attach the conformity certificates, passport, quality certificate
4) Contract awarding criteria: quality, delivery time, price, payment terms, operational experience;
5) This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not subject to Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
6) This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
7) Before shipping a packing list needs to be filled (see the example of filling in additional information), and attached to the package with the product, the copy is to be sent to the Customer via e-mail.
